We currently deliver to most locations across India.
If your delivery address is not serviceable, we will inform you during checkout or shortly after your order is placed.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after full payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on your location)
Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days (additional charges may apply)
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier performance, weather conditions, regional accessibility, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping applies to orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold displayed in your cart.
Orders below the threshold will incur a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for express or same-day delivery options, where available, and will be displayed before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, along with a link to track your shipment in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts.
If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
Re-delivery of returned packages may incur additional shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged on delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
For lost or undelivered shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).

Nivo is not responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
